Negotiating contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
Prepare quotations and administering customer accounts.
Follow-up on sales call reports, sample requests, customer projects and other requests from customers.
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services.
Initiate technical testing and product optimization proposals for specific customer projects and to support the needs of customers and new business opportunities.
Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
Develop and execute sales plan / territory and customers coverage plan to achieve sales volume goals and sales growth targets.
Support Regional Commercial Manager in sales budgeting and pricing issues.
Assist in creating and developing an industry knowledge base.
Frequent business travel to meet with customers.
Requirements :
Recognized Diploma / Degree holder.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Relevant working experience and familiar with Malaysia Electronic Market or Surface Mount Technology (SMT) or wave-soldering processes will be an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, good negotiation skills.
Good communication & presentation skills to create good presentations.
Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
Possess own transport and willing to travel local / oversea as required (50% travelling).
Able to deal with local & international customers, with focus for China customer.
