Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least SPM or Certificate in Accountancy. Preferably with minimum of 1 year of working experience in accounting. Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures. Required Skill(s) : Ms Excel and Quickbook. Required Language(s) : English. Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with documents in Mandarin Routine job.
Job Description
We are looking for a competent Accounts Executive to perform Account Payables operational day to day activities.
Job duties :
- Perform AP operational day to day activities and ensure cash receipt account are up-to-date at all times.
- Assist in daily administrative work and other assignments.
- Responds to financial inquiries raised by customer service department.
