About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Safety Supervisor to join our team, based in Kuala Lumpur . This is a contract role, where you will play a crucial part in ensuring the health, safety and environmental compliance of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

Conducting regular site inspections and audits to identify and address potential safety hazards
Implementing and monitoring safety protocols and procedures to protect the wellbeing of workers
Providing safety training and coaching to site personnel to promote a strong safety culture
Investigating incidents and near-misses, and implementing corrective measures to prevent recurrence
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
Maintaining comprehensive safety documentation and reporting on key safety metrics
Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to integrate safety considerations into project planning and execution

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years of experience as a Site Safety Supervisor in the construction industry fresh graduated is welcome to apply

Must be a " Yellow Book" holder

Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with workers at all levels

Ability to think critically, identify risks, and implement practical safety solutions

Proactive and detail-oriented approach to ensure comprehensive safety management
