About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Safety Supervisor to join our team, based in Kuala Lumpur . This is a contract role, where you will play a crucial part in ensuring the health, safety and environmental compliance of our construction projects.
What you'll be doing
- Conducting regular site inspections and audits to identify and address potential safety hazards
- Implementing and monitoring safety protocols and procedures to protect the wellbeing of workers
- Providing safety training and coaching to site personnel to promote a strong safety culture
- Investigating incidents and near-misses, and implementing corrective measures to prevent recurrence
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
- Maintaining comprehensive safety documentation and reporting on key safety metrics
- Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to integrate safety considerations into project planning and execution
