Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Business Studies, HRM, or any equivalent.
  • At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must able to work at Senai, Johor.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Providing HR operations support to employees and managers.
  • Maintaining employee records and preparing relevant documentation.
  • Reviewing, enhancing, and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to continually improve HR operations.
  • Analyzing HR data and preparing reports.
  • Assisting with additional responsibilities and confidential tasks as instructed by your immediate superior.
  • Carrying out any other duties as assigned from time to time.
