Penerangan pekerjaanProviding HR operations support to employees and managers. Maintaining employee records and preparing relevant documentation. Reviewing, enhancing, and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to continually improve HR operations. Analyzing HR data and preparing reports. Assisting with additional responsibilities and confidential tasks as instructed by your immediate superior. Carrying out any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Business Studies, HRM, or any equivalent.
- At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidate must able to work at Senai, Johor.
