Warehouse Officer

Responsibilities

• Add expected salary to your profile for insights
• To receive daily deliveries from the suppliers.
• To ensure stocks being arranged or kept in orderly and safe way.
• To arrange and issue material to production floor based on journal
• To update the inventory system.
• To continuously improve in document to reduce discrepancies and cost.
• To execute the store department procedure are properly adhered.
• To practice 5S Good House Keeping.
• To carry out any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
• To ensure inventory are always accurate
• To coordinate & record parts out to or from QC (block items) in excel file & AX system.
• To create internal DO for parts return to supplier and compile monthly summary.
• To receive, record and communicate with PR requestor for consumables item.
