About the role

As a Special Education Teacher at the SEN Enrichment Care Centre, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional educational support and care for students with special needs. This full-time position is based in Ampang, Selangor, and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young individuals within a nurturing and inclusive environment.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement individualised education plans to address the unique needs and learning styles of each student
• Collaborate with parents, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to student development
• Create engaging and accessible learning experiences that promote academic, social, and emotional growth
• Monitor student progress, provide regular feedback, and adjust teaching strategies as needed
• Maintain detailed records and documentation to track student development and inform future planning
• Participate in staff training, professional development, and team meetings to continuously improve teaching practices
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that supports student wellbeing
