Digital Marketing Specialist – NTT DATA, Inc.
NTT DATA is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our APAC marketing team to manage campaigns and events for the Australia & New Zealand region. The role focuses on executing integrated campaigns, managing the lead lifecycle, and elevating NTT DATA’s presence across digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across brand, GTM, Sales, Partner, and BDR initiatives.
- Manage end‑to‑end lead lifecycle, including capture, scoring, nurturing, and handoff to Sales.
- Own social media strategy and execution across platforms (LinkedIn, X, etc.), ensuring alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
- Develop and optimize paid media campaigns (search, display, social) to drive demand and pipeline growth.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, ABM, Alliances) to ensure digital initiatives support account priorities and business goals.
- Maintain and update marketing automation workflows and CRM integrations for lead management.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and corporate brand standards in all digital activities.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B technology or professional services.Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns and social media channels.Familiarity with SEO / SEM best practices and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in content creation for digital channels (social posts, landing pages, email templates).Strong understanding of digital trends, including AI‑driven marketing tools and personalization.Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.Creative mindset with attention to detail in campaign design and execution.Strong vendor management and negotiation skills for paid media and digital services.Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Workplace Type
