About the Role

A leading organisation in the manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to drive technology initiatives across infrastructure and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) environments. The role involves managing end-to-end IT project delivery, ensuring system reliability, and aligning IT operations with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure and D365 implementation or upgrade projects.
• Oversee system performance, maintenance, and integration across business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project timelines.
• Manage vendors and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved within budget and scope.
• Support system enhancements, troubleshooting, and user adoption across APAC sites.
• Prepare and maintain documentation including project reports, risk assessments, and post-implementation reviews.
