Job description
- Handle HR matters for site-based operational staff, including recruitment, leave, and resignation submissions to HQ-Human Resource Department.
- Assist the manager in resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
- Support the manager with on-site disciplinary actions, including compiling and recording documents for submission to the HQ-Human Resource Department.
- Record and verify on-site manpower data against designations.
- Record and manage documents, including employee attendance, working hours, diesel management records, all types of leave, hostel, and transportation.
- Implement efficient documentation processes and workflows, ensuring compliance with company standards and practices.
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by management.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources, or an equivalent field.Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in an administrative support role.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!Experience working in the construction industry is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, Excel, Word) is a must.Self-motivated and able to work independentlyPossess an assertive nature and a strong personality, with a good communication skillsApplicants must be able to work in Sedenak, Kulai, JohorApplicants must be able to work on Saturday (8AM-430PM)Job details
