Main mission
To lead the daily front desk operations across our clinics — ensuring exceptional patient experience, smooth coordination, and professional communication at every step.
You will manage patient scheduling, lead the reception team, ensure accurate billing and communication, and uphold our brand values through every interaction.
Supervise and train the reception / front desk team to deliver excellent service.
Ensure consistent communication and workflow between reception, clinical staff, and management.
Manage appointment scheduling systems, ensuring maximum efficiency and accuracy.
Oversee patient check‑in / out processes, invoicing, payments, and documentation.
Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring satisfaction.
Monitor clinic presentation and front area aesthetics, maintaining brand standards.
Support clinic management in administrative reporting and daily performance tracking.
Manage front desk supplies, petty cash, and support logistics when needed.
Handle escalations, feedback, or complaints tactfully and constructively.
Assist in hosting visiting speakers, events, or VIP guests when needed.
What we offer
Experience
Minimum 4 years experience in a hospitality front office role.
At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
Experience with dental / medical software or appointment management systems.
Customer service or hospitality background is a strong plus.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Public Relations or any other related field.
Polytechnic or technical college diploma also accepted with strong relevant experience.
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Other languages (Mandarin, Malay, Spanish, or French) are a plus.
Highly organized, punctually, and detail‑oriented.
Skilled at managing people, multitasking, and keeping calm under pressure.
Tech‑savvy : comfortable with Google Workspace, Excel, scheduling platforms, and clinic management software.
Professional appearance, warm personality, and a sense of ownership.
