Position Overview

The Lead – Growth and Expansion is a critical role designed to lead the global growth & expansion of Mastrum, by driving inbound sales, expanding market presence, and aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives. Reporting to the Marketing Head, the individual will develop strategies, create impactful content, and execute campaigns to increase brand visibility and revenue growth. Fluency in Japanese is a requirement to effectively engage with local stakeholders and audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Sales Support

Design and execute marketing strategies to drive global inbound leads for the Japanese market.

Develop compelling marketing materials, including case studies, white papers, presentations, and email campaigns.

Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and support entry into new regions.

Plan and manage events, webinars, and co-marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and lead generation.

Generate a specified number of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) per quarter.

Execute at least two high-impact events or campaigns per quarter.

Publish a defined number of case studies, white papers, and campaign reports quarterly.

Identify and penetrate at least one new market or industry vertical within the first year.

Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to refine marketing strategies based on campaign performance data.
