About the role
WB HEALTH AND BEAUTY SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated and driven Pharmacist Assistant to join our team in Alor Setar Kedah. As a Pharmacist Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring the smooth running of our pharmacy operations. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to build a rewarding career in the healthcare industry.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting pharmacists with the preparation and dispensing of medications
- Hit monthly sales target, hit commission tiers
- Attend training
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Answering customer inquiries and providing basic health advice
- Ordering and stocking pharmaceutical supplies
- Ensuring the pharmacy environment is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with patients
