We’re searching for a driven Performance & Analytics Executive to join our team at KPI Media. This hybrid role bridges the worlds of campaign execution and performance analytics, giving you exposure to the full lifecycle of digital performance—from campaign builds to in-depth reporting. You’ll play a crucial support role across both media execution and dashboard reporting, ensuring our clients’ campaigns are not only running smoothly but also delivering measurable results.

This is a non-client-facing role, ideal for someone who loves the technical side of paid media, values clear data storytelling, and enjoys working independently within a supportive team.

This is a fully remote role, meaning you can save money on living expenses while still getting paid well.

We\'re seeking a passionate Senior Performance & Analytics Executive to join us and take KPI Media to new heights.

Responsibilities

• Implement, measure and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Search Ads and other search engines whenever necessary.
• Implement, measure and optimize paid social campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads and other social channels whenever necessary.
• Conduct recurring weekly & monthly optimization tasks (i.e. Keyword Expansion, Ad Testing, Negative Management, Budget Management, etc.).
• Build and maintain real-time dashboards in Google Sheets by connecting data sources like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. (training will be provided).
• Maintain the data integrity of all data streams and sources to ensure the correct data flows into the dashboards.
• Set up pixels, goals, and events using Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics.
• Analyze campaign results and deliver actionable insights to the Performance Manager and broader team.
• Provide ongoing and ad hoc analytical support to the Performance Manager in managing campaigns and new opportunities.
• Perform regular quality assurance / quality control checks on assigned client campaigns to ensure they are running as contracted and are on track to meet clients\' goals & KPIs.
