Job Description Responsibilities :
- Able to support the Recruitment Team in handling candidates documentations and assessments to expedite the hiring process
- Able to manage mass volume of candidates at any given time
- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing emails, follow ups with the candidate from the start until onboarding date.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Manage the Clients expectations for the entire recruitment process
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Requirements :
