As they continue to expand, they're looking for dynamic leaders to join their headquarters team in Sungai Buloh, Selangor.

What you'll be doing?

HR Leadership : Oversee the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management while ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws and fostering a positive work environment.
Financial Management : Collaborate with finance teams to manage budgets, analyze financial data for cost optimization, and oversee billing processes including insurance claims to improve profitability.
Operations Excellence : Supervise clinic managers across all locations, develop standard operating procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance while optimizing patient flow and administrative efficiency.
Strategic Leadership : Act as key liaison between management, doctors, and staff while preparing performance reports and aligning operational strategies with clinical objectives.

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Human Resources, or related field with preference for candidates holding advanced qualifications.

Healthcare Experience : 5-7 years of operational management experience, ideally within healthcare settings such as clinics, hospitals, or healthcare groups where you've demonstrated success in complex environments.

Leadership Skills : Proven track record of managing teams including managers and staff, with strong experience in HR, finance, and administration functions.

Regulatory Knowledge : In-depth understanding of Malaysian employment laws and financial regulations to ensure full compliance across all operations.

Technical Proficiency : Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and clinic management software, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for data-driven decision making.

Communication Excellence : Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia for effective stakeholder management. Mandarin proficiency is beneficial for serving diverse patient communities.
