They are committed to operational excellence and creating a supportive environment for both patients and staff. As they continue to expand, they're looking for dynamic leaders to join their headquarters team in Sungai Buloh, Selangor.
What you'll be doing?
- HR Leadership : Oversee the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management while ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws and fostering a positive work environment.
- Financial Management : Collaborate with finance teams to manage budgets, analyze financial data for cost optimization, and oversee billing processes including insurance claims to improve profitability.
- Operations Excellence : Supervise clinic managers across all locations, develop standard operating procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance while optimizing patient flow and administrative efficiency.
- Strategic Leadership : Act as key liaison between management, doctors, and staff while preparing performance reports and aligning operational strategies with clinical objectives.
