Your Mission

Drive and modernize the company’s Industrial Relations (IR) strategy.

Develop policies and provide expert guidance on corporate-wide IR matters.

Collaborate with CHRO, Finance, leaders, and People Business Partners in formulating negotiation mandates across bargaining groups.

Strengthen ER / IR capabilities across the People team, including knowledge of employment legislation and industrial agreements.

Coordinate and integrate all IR initiatives into a cohesive, effective framework.

Build strong relationships with external authorities, agencies, and networks to benchmark best practices.

Perform other relevant duties assigned to support continuous improvement of the TDCX Quality Management System.

Who We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology, or related field.

7–10 years of industrial relations experience, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and current HR regulatory frameworks.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.

Proven ability to formulate mid to long-term IR strategies.

Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and the supporting market language.
