Responsibilities :
A proactive and detail-oriented QA Engineer to manage and improve product quality throughout the supply chain, production process, and customer experience. This role ensures our grooming products meet high-quality standards from start to finish.
- Conduct incoming inspections on raw materials and parts from suppliers.
- Perform final product inspection before delivery to ensure compliance.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints using 8D or root cause analysis.
- Prepare and manage quality documentation, including inspection reports and control plans.
- Participate in supplier quality audits and performance evaluations.
- Support new product validation activities such as FAI and reliability testing.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Production teams for quality improvements.
- Track and analyze quality KPIs (defect rate, rework, returns) for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and internal quality procedures.

Requirements and Skills :

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead and facilitate a team of Quality supervisors and inspectors to ensure full compliance of production / assembly processes and ensure proper final quality inspection procedures are followed as per established QA sampling plans.Participate in the proper and accurate analysis of any product related abnormalities and failure that effects functional as well as cosmetics characteristics of the products.Lead in the application and use of 8D corrective action reports both internally and externally to address product failures as when required.Facilitate the application of SPC, FMEA, QC Tools, Process Control Plan and CPK trend / studies to ensure excellent process and product quality compliance.Provide timely, fast and focused response on all internal product abnormal quality triggers as well external customer quality escalations.Work closely with all relevant internal teams, suppliers and customers on continuous quality improvement in terms of lower parts defectives ppm rates and outgoing lot rejection rates.Interface and communicate effectively with customers to ensure all product and process related issues are resolved timely so as to achieve full closure and resolution.Support and facilitate all ISO related system or process audits that may be scheduled accordingly on a periodic basis, both internally as well as externally.Organize and compile all necessary quality related information and statistical data as and when required in order to facilitate better product quality analysis and improvements.To liase with customer on project & quality related matter.Respond to customer complaint & lead team in problem solving & quality improvement plan.Any other assignments deemed necessary by the Management.JOB REQUIREMENTS
