Officer, Credit Control

Tenants pay monthly rental / service charges / utilities on time. Late payment interest shall be levied in the event the tenant fails to pay within the due date. Issue reminder letters to tenants by issuing 7 days' notice to pay, and following up with calls. Serving the lawyer's demand letter to tenants who have an outstanding rental of two months and above. Conveying to the lawyer to issue distrain orders and proceed with distress action for absconded tenants or tenants who have 3 months of outstanding rental. To prepare rental, MGST, and utilities billing for the tenant, and rental billing for event organizers. Handling season parking billing, new applications and terminations. Issuance of official receipts on a daily basis. Update debtor ageing reports, legal case statuses, and collection analysis on a weekly basis. To generate monthly statement of account to tenants on a monthly basis. Attend meetings with tenants and internal teams as required. To perform any ad hoc duties and assignments given by management. Job Requirements : Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent. At least 2 years of related working experience in credit control or collection function. Able to set priorities and time management to meet deadlines. Good communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of using IFCA software is an added advantage.
