Job description

Manage administration duties including generating invoices, CN, DN.

Packing orders.

Prepare accurate Quotation. Forward to dealers and follow-up in a timely manner.

Prepare accurate Advice Letters and send together with repaired watches to the appropriate recipients.

Keep record and maintain filing system.

You will be given the opportunity to learn about spare parts. Training and guidance will be provided for you to gradually take on responsibilities related to spare parts.
