Responsibilities
- Provide professional and empathetic support to customers via email and live chat .
- Diagnose technical issues and escalate complex cases to relevant teams with proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Assist customers with account management , platform navigation , and troubleshooting .
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance goals and ensure customer satisfaction .
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 1–2 years of customer support experience, preferably in the fintech or crypto industry.Hands-on knowledge of cryptocurrencies , blockchain , or trading platforms is an added advantage.Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations .Fast learner with a technical mindset and adaptability to new tools and platforms.Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.Other Requirements
Stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.Willingness to work on rotational shifts , including weekends and public holidays .Employment details
