RESPONSIBILITIES

Academic Leadership & Innovative Teaching

• Provide academic leadership in planning, developing, and delivering high-impact lectures, seminars, and workshops for diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate (including master’s and doctoral) programmes.
• Champion advanced, student-centered teaching practices and digital learning integration, setting standards for excellence and inclusivity in the classroom.
• Lead curriculum design, review, accreditation activities (e.g., MQA), and alignment with industry advancements.
• Supervise and mentor undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students in research, projects, and dissertations to the highest academic standards.
• Guide, develop, and inspire junior academics and teaching teams, fostering a collegial and supportive environment.
• Lead staff development initiatives within the Faculty.
