Permit Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organised Permit Coordinator to join our team at Mutanic Technology Sdn Bhd in Bagan Serai, Perak. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all permit‑related activities to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Liaise with relevant authorities and government agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all permits and their expiration dates
• Coordinate the renewal of existing permits and the application for new permits as required
• Ensure all permit‑related documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations
• Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders on permit‑related matters
• Assist with the development and implementation of permit management processes and procedures
• Stay informed of changes in permit regulations and requirements within the industry
