Job descriptionYou have a university degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field. 5+ years related business experience or equivalent Project Management skills in the area of SAP Authorization Broad knowledge of business processes, policies and programs Strong Project Management , business partner management, communication and change management skills. The Position
ASPIRE is a multi-year program that will define, design, and deploy Future ERP solutions based on SAP S / 4 HANA and other cloud / on-premise technology platforms. The program will enable simplified, standardized, and harmonized global business processes by capitalizing on SAP, Life Science Industry and Roche effective practices.
The opportunity :
- Preparation and leading of FIT-to-Template (assessment of the current business processes compared and aligned against the future Aspire Global Template) and scoping workshops for Financial Compliance
- Liaising with local affiliate Finance stakeholders for the implementation of Financial Compliance requirements
- Assessment of localization requirements for Authorization
- Execution of Testing Activities during the deployment (UT, SAT, UAT, REG)
- Go Live & Hyper care (incl. Month end closing ) support
- Ensure template governance within the project including change control management in line with the respective GBPMs / GBPOs and the overall Finance governance concept
