Job descriptionTo support Sales / Business Development & Operations team in improving overall process plan for Velesto Drilling Academy (VDA). Supporting Sales / BD Team to promote and maintain overall sales strategy plan including the marketing plan Supporting Operations Team for overall VDA process improvement Supporting Operations Team in executing operation not limited to pre planning, execution and post operations Fresh graduate with Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing or any related fields with strong interest in Oil and Gas sector). Good verbal and written communication skills Experience in data analysis tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities Proactive and eager to learn Able to work in Plaza Sentral, KL Local graduates who are still unemployed are encouraged to apply 18 years old and above

We are looking for two interns who is enthusiastic about Oil and Gas operations through Human Resources or Business Development (Marketing) portfolio. You will collaborate closely with our team to execute initiatives, collect data and assist with audits / events / training sessions. This role offers hands-on involvement in ongoing and upcoming projects within our organization.
We are immediately hiring among diploma or degree student to be our HR Intern and Business Development Intern to join us as early in August 2025.
Job Responsibility : -
For HR Intern :
- Assist in scheduling training sessions (internal & external) and processing training requests from employees.
- Maintain and update training attendance records.
- Organize and store training-related documents (certificates, evaluation forms, etc.) in CMS
- Assist employees / crews in CMS / LMS access issues during go-live and prior go-live stages
For Business Development Intern :
