Job Title : Customer Service Specialist (Bi-lingual - English & Mandarin)
Location : Petaling Jaya, Malaysia (On-site)
We are currently partnering with a fast-paced customer engagement center supporting global brands. As part of their expanding service team, they are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Specialist to deliver high-quality service and support for Mandarin-speaking customers across multiple channels.
Role
The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints while maintaining service excellence. This role requires fluency in Mandarin and English and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals entering the customer service field.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls related to general inquiries, product information, feedback, or complaints.
- Deliver accurate and timely responses in a professional and customer-oriented manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns with patience and empathy.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow internal procedures for service and complaint resolution.
- Exceed service quality benchmarks through excellent communication and product knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and engaging work environment.
Requirements
Proficient in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).Ability to read and write in Cantonese is a strong advantage.Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply (full training provided).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Willingness to work on-site in Petaling Jaya.Positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and effectively.Must be willing to work 5 days a week, weekly rotational shift schedule (day & night shift)#LI-RK1
