Sourcing Analyst

Principle Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships in South-East Asia, ensuring alignment with business goals and sourcing strategies.
• Conduct regular capacity analysis, inventory preparation and identify risks or constraints in supplier operations.
• Support supplier onboarding for transfer projects, ramp‑up for mass production and other development activities.
• Organize and lead business reviews with cross‑function team for key suppliers, focusing on performance metrics, compliance, issue resolution and improvement plans.
• Monitor and track supplier KPIs including delivery performance, quality, responsiveness, and compliance. Create and update supplier performance dashboards for reporting and decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Procurement, Logistics, and Quality to resolve supply issues.
• Maintain accurate supplier data and item information in ERP system.
• Assist in contract management, cost analysis, and negotiation support.
• Support sourcing decisions through data analysis, and supplier evaluations.
