WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Training & Enablement : Deliver Impactful training, live demos and seminars to educate stakeholders on the full Lagoon ecosystem including machine operation, detergent usage and finishing equipment
• Technical Expertise : Provide hands-on support for equipment setup, detergent pump programming and troubleshooting. Ensure seamless integration of all components in the Lagoon system
• Partner Development : Identify and develop new trainers and dealers, equipping them with tools and knowledge to scale their business with Lagoon
• Consultant Development : Promote convince & maintain relationships with existing / new laundry consultants and support them with Lagoon Wet Cleaning Solutions enquiries
• Develop strong relationships with existing, new dealers / Importers in the region & gain trust in Lagoon Wet Cleaning Solutions and Detergents.
• Drive Business Growth : Act as a trusted advisor to dealers, Importers and consultants by promoting Lagoon as a complete wet cleaning solution equipment, detergents, accessories and service
• Solution Selling : Confidently present and position Lagoon as a total business concept, tailored to meet the operational and commercial needs of each customer
• Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants and partners to Influence buying decisions and long term loyalty
• Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of Industry trends, fabric innovations and competitor activity to continuously refine our value proposition
• Brand Protection : Ensure that Lagoon - branded detergents are supplied and used from the point of installation to protect product Integrity and performance
• Strategic Reporting : Share Insights, challenges and improvement opportunities with the central Lagoon HQ to support continuous Innovation
• Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to promote value-base solutions
• Confident communicator who can Influence and educate across all levels of an organization
• Comfortable navigating both technical and business conversations
• Independent, proactive and adaptable to diverse cultural and business environments
• Calm and professional when managing customer concerns or objections
