Senior Finance / Account Executive

Key responsibilities :

• Responsible to handle full set of accounts and prepare financial statements for timely submission to Group Finance and Management.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Review monthly, quarterly financial reporting and other relevant reports.
• Support group financial reporting.
• Implement and manage e-invoicing systems in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor e-invoicing submissions to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Liaise with Auditors, Tax agents and Company Secretary on Audit, Tax and Secretarial matters.
• Review in managing Company AP / AR and Treasury functions.
• Provide guidance / coaching to Junior account staff.
• Accomplish work related activities or tasks assigned by superior as needed.
• Support other Ad-hoc finance / corporate exercise.
