Senior Site Reliability Engineer – bp, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of the software infrastructure that powers our technology platforms. As a core member of the engineering team, you will ensure our platforms remain highly available, scalable, and secure, while building new features, optimizing performance, and providing expert technical support to cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the reliability, scalability, and performance of large‑scale, cloud‑native applications and infrastructure.
• Develop automation tools to streamline and improve operational processes.
• Ensure seamless, efficient operation of applications and services.
• Detect and resolve issues proactively, implementing automated failure management to keep systems resilient.
• Collaborate with software developers, engineers, and operations teams to continually improve system health and performance.
• Conduct incident analysis to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
