Job Description

Job Summary

The NetworkEngineer (IT Infrastructure) will design, implement, and support the enterprise network and connectivity infrastructure that underpins Customer’s global operations. This role focuses on secure office networking, data center connectivity, VPN / VDI access, endpoint integration, and network resilience, ensuring that employees and systems across CY, UAE, AU, IN, MY have secure, reliable, and high-performance connectivity. The engineer will be a core member of the IT and Security team, working closely with Cloud and Engineering to enforce Zero Trust principles, endpoint security, and compliance controls across all IT‑managed networks.

Job Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, VLANs, and Wi‑Fi networks across offices.

Deploy and manage enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, or equivalent).

Enforce endpoint network policies in collaboration with EDR solutions (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne).

Administer DNS / DHCP services for corporate IT networks.

Provide Tier 3 escalation support for network‑related IT incidents.
