Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve area targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team for optimal performance.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base.
- Build strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
- Ensure timely payment collection and accurate stock forecasting.
- Conduct regular market visits and audits to assess coverage and merchandising.
- Collaborate with marketing for POSM, campaigns, and product visibility.
- Use A&P budgets effectively to support promotions and activities.
- Coordinate with key accounts to secure promotional plans.
- Generate reports and review sales performance with business partners.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any related field.Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of achieving targets and managing teams.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think creatively and provide alternative approaches and solutions to market challenges.Digitally savvy and proficient in MS Office applications.Seniority level
