Senior Analyst, Supply Chain (Logistics) – BD Nogales Norte

We are BD, one of the largest global medical technology companies. Our purpose is “Advancing the world of health™”. We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain (Logistics) to provide operational support for business planning processes across Greater Asia Pacific countries.

This role supports all functions of the supply chain, including demand / supply planning, inventory management, production scheduling, quality control, purchasing, transportation, distribution, and customer service. The primary function is to plan and schedule supply replenishment activities based on forecasted demand, current inventory levels, and capacity constraints, working closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality Control, Purchasing, Transportation & Distribution teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement efficient solutions to meet customer requirements while minimizing costs.
• Developing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste throughout the supply chain.
• Identifying areas where improvements can be made to increase productivity or reduce cost.
• Providing analysis and recommendations related to inventory management, production scheduling, logistics and warehousing.
• Supporting the implementation of new technologies such as automated systems, robotics, AI, and machine learning algorithms.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against goals.
• Creating reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
• Leading projects focused on process improvement, lean initiatives, and continuous improvement.

Location & Schedule

Primary Work Location : MYS Kuala Lumpur - Damansara Heights

Employment Details

For most roles we require a minimum of 4 days of in‑office presence per week to maintain our culture of excellence. Remote or field‑based positions will have different workplace arrangements indicated in the job posting.
