Provide insights to the Management towards the formulation of the Marketing plan and actively contribute towards its delivery
Contribute towards the achievement of the assigned budget for new business
Ensure a strong and cordial relationship is maintained with all current and potential customers, in a manner that facilitates a positive Brand image and word-of-mouth
Coordinate and perform collectively with the Supply Chain Solutions and Operations teams in a manner that is conducive in providing the best possible solution to the customer
Conduct market research and suggest plans to exploit business opportunities and contribute towards the development of a pipeline to achieve assigned business targets
Collaborate with facility heads to identify opportunities for new businesses and grow relationships that assist in revenue generation within assigned verticals
Establish regular contact with the Decision Making Units of assigned customers and engage in targeted conversations that steer customers to solutions that address their needs and to identify possible opportunities for cross selling or up selling
Assess risks and mitigation plans of potential and new customers
Provide required insights to the Supply Chain Solutions Team and Executive Sales Support, for the purpose of designing solutions and proposals to cater to identified customer requirements
