Key Responsibilities

Application Implementation and Maintenance

Implement and maintain business applications, including ERP, POS, in-house, and third-party systems.

Troubleshoot application issues, manage upgrades and patches, and liaise with vendors.

Gather requirements from departments and configure / customize applications to meet operational needs.

Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, and troubleshooting manuals.

AI System Implementation and Support

Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to implement AI solutions across retail, operations, logistics, finance, and marketing.

Curate and prepare datasets, business knowledge, and operational rules for AI training.

Monitor AI system performance, analyze outputs, and refine training data to improve accuracy.

Identify opportunities to expand AI usage for process automation, predictive analytics, and decision support.

Ensure AI systems comply with PDPA and IT security policies.

System Optimization and Process Improvement

Analyse workflows and propose improvements through system and AI capabilities.

Suggest automation opportunities to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.

Train and support end-users to effectively use applications and AI-enabled tools.

ERP System Implementation

Participate in ERP rollout projects, including process mapping, module configuration, and data migration.

Support testing, validation, and end-user training.

Document ERP workflows, processes, and configurations.

Data Management and Reporting

Extract and analyse data from ERP, POS, AI, and other systems.

Create dashboards and reports (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to provide insights for management decision-making.

Define KPIs with departments and track both MIS and AI-related metrics.

Collaboration and Operational Familiarization

Work with departments to understand operations and translate them into system / AI requirements.

Act as a bridge between technical vendors and business users.

Data Security and Compliance

Ensure application and AI systems adhere to IT security and PDPA standards.

Support data backups and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education

Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.

Experience

Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Prior experience in application implementation, MIS support, or AI-related projects is an advantage.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in business applications (ERP, POS, CRM, reporting tools).

Familiarity with SQL and database management is highly desirable.

Exposure to AI / ML concepts, chatbot / analytics platforms, or data training workflows is a plus.

Proficient in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
