Client Success (Assistant Manager / Manager)

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and social media platforms.

Collaborate with creators to develop content that meets client campaign objectives.

Oversee campaign execution, from creative development to video production and delivery.

Assist or lead in budgeting, proposal estimation, and monitoring account profitability.

Coordinate creators' assignments, timelines, and deliverables.

Track campaign performance and prepare reports for clients.

Take ownership of campaigns—starting with smaller projects and scaling to larger accounts.

Continuously improve processes, ensuring efficiency and high-quality outputs.

Requirements :

• 2–3 years of experience for Assistant Manager; 4+ years for Manager in Account Servicing, Client Success, or Campaign Management.
• Familiarity with popular digital content brands like SGAG and MGAG, understanding their style and audience engagement.
• Strong understanding of advertising, digital media, and social media trends.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms, particularly TikTok.
• Passion for digital content and what resonates with Gen Z and millennials.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow.
