Role

Job Description : To support our continued expansion in Southeast Asia, we are seeking a highly capable and entrepreneurial leader to spearhead our growth in the Northern Malaysia region.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth and Market Leadership

Define and lead the regional growth strategy for Penang and Northern Malaysia in alignment with Turner & Townsend Malaysia’s business plan and Southeast Asia priorities.

Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders in the region.

Recruit, grow and retain a high-performing team of project and cost management professionals aligned with Turner & Townsend’s global standards and values.

Oversee the consistent delivery of projects and commissions to the highest standards of quality, governance, and client satisfaction.

Work in close partnership with Malaysia Sector Leads to deliver sector-aligned solutions in the Penang market.
