Sales and Marketing Assistant

Overview

Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations. Support the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Maintain product displays, ensure shelves are stocked, and keep the store organized. Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems (cash, credit, e-wallets, etc.). Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner. Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies. Assist with inventory control, stock counts, and replenishment. Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive shopping experience.
