Role and Responsibilities : Collaborate with customers and product owners to gather business requirements, design, develop, test, deploy and document automation workflows Develop and maintain web-based applications using the .NET framework Create, develop functional requirement document, technical design document, user manual, test cases.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Optimize application performance and scalability.

Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.

Thoroughly test packages in the environment it will be hosted in or supported deployment environments, with responsibility for overall testing cycle.

Deploy and maintain applications to production environments.

Provide L1 – L3 support to the existing applications, review and improve documentation, and implement the change request according to the priority of incident and request.

Analyze, determine root cause of issues, and problem-solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of applications and provide timely responses and solutions within specified Service Level Agreements (SLA) parameters with business.

Adhere to the guideline for Incident, Problem and Change Management.

Requirements : Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

3-4 years of experience in .NET development.

Having a strong level proficiency in C#.

Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Strong understanding of Database design and SQL.

Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.

Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React.

Understanding of software development best practices such as Agile, TDD, and CI / CD.

Experience in deploying .NET applications to IIS and managing.
