Provide customers with regular, clear updates on project progress. Balance customer expectations with project objectives. Conduct regular internal reviews and generate project reports. Support cost estimation and project scoping during tenders. Coordinate with APAC hub and be accountable for execution quality. Present monthly updates during steering committee meetings. Align project scope, including local balance-of-plant, with Sales and Execution teams. Manage local suppliers and ensure integration with genset installation / testing. Lead and resolve customer issues during commissioning. Oversee site manager performance through project completion. Lead and mentor the project team to achieve excellence. Communicate business strategies and project goals effectively. Ensure full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and corporate standards. Represent the company in engagements with external stakeholders. Occasional overseas travel. Stay updated on best practices in project management. Perform special assignments as required. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Marine Engineering, or a related field. At least 5–8 years of experience in project management, preferably in power generation, marine, or industrial sectors. Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects from end-to-end. Strong understanding of engine systems, gensets, and balance-of-plant equipment. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a regional / global context. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities. PMP certification or equivalent is an added advantage. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

As a Project Manager at , you will serve as the primary contact for customer projects from contract signing through to installation, commissioning, and handover. You will work closely with regional and global teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects within budget, scope, and timelines.
Rolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people.
