Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional and concise email etiquette is essential. Demonstrated ability to work across time zones with geographically dispersed teams. Organised, dependable, and capable of prioritising under pressure. Familiarity with documentation related to port services, customs, or government logistics is a plus. About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Analyst to support our global government services team in executing and coordinating port operations. The ideal candidate will bring a structured mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced maritime environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support port call execution for government and defence clients, ensuring accurate documentation and timely service delivery.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and global offices to ensure smooth handling of vessel operations.
- Communicate professionally with clients, agents, and service providers via email and calls to clarify requirements and updates.
- Monitor operations data and service logs for accuracy, escalating discrepancies when needed.
- Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and financial reconciliations using Excel and internal systems.
- Maintain and update operational trackers, port performance metrics, and vessel movement schedules.
