Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

Performing custom clearance for both import and export in AEO, troubleshoot issues that may arise and fix it effectively.
Dealing with all import and export documentations / permits / AEO transactions. Ensure all records are well maintained for the traceability of custom audit and compliance of laws, rules and regulations.
To liaise with government agencies for customs, import and export related matters.
To liaise with freight forwarding agents, external warehouse and suppliers to ensure custom clearance are done smoothly to facilitate timely delivery.
To assist Logistics Lead in LMW reporting, license / exemption application and renewal.

Qualifications

Job Requirements :

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics Management or equivalent.

2-3 years of relevant working experience.

Proactive, aggressive and diligent. Able to perform tasks with minimum supervision.

Strong problem solving skills and capable to thrive in a fast-pace environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication in both verbal and written.
