Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for Daily Sustaining & PM activity
- Manage Line Support team coverage
- Maintain close communication & support with Production / Equipment Engineering / Planning team on equipment related topic.
- Maintain a good grasp on up-to-date line equipment day to day issue and support required to provide a timely update to the management
- Manage & Supervise technician team discipline, training, competency & help needed.
- Responsible for equipment Preventive Maintenance On Time Delivery & Effectiveness
- Responsible for Technician hiring
- Responsible for PM Room / Kit Room 6S upkeep
- Responsible to review and followup on team KPI / Quality Incident status and action taken.
- Responsible for team Spare Part inventory availability.
- Responsible for team budget management and planning
