Looking for a Finance Manager with Costing & Pricing experience to be based in Subang Jaya.

They are one of the most stable & reputable companies in Malaysia for over a few decades. Now, they are searching for a capable Finance Manager with Costing & Pricing experience to join their dynamic team based in Subang Jaya.
Your new role
Lead and manage the accounts and finance team, ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations.
Prepare, review, and analyze full sets of accounts and monthly financial statements for reporting and compliance.
Draft annual budgets, analyze variances, implement corrective actions, and maintain cost control.
Collaborate with sales and production teams to analyze production costs (including BOM), pricing, and profitability, ensuring profit margins are achieved.
Conduct costing & pricing analysis and implement cost reduction strategies, particularly in the manufacturing, FMCG, retail, or distribution sectors.
Manage daily cash flow and predict future inflow and outflow trends to ensure financial stability.
Arrange and renew financial facilities, including loans, revolving credit, banker acceptances, and guarantees.
Establish internal controls, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.
What you'll need to succeed
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or ICAEW are highly preferred.
Minimum 8-10 years in financial management, with experience in costing and pricing within the manufacturing, FMCG, retail, or distribution industries.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and cost accounting principles.
Proven ability to develop pricing strategies and analyze production costs effectively.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Knowledge of financial facilities management (e.g., term loans, guarantees).
Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills is advantageous.
