Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within SME lending, commercial banking, P2P lending, leasing , or fintech .
- Strong understanding of SME financing needs and challenges.
- Ability to communicate financial products in simple terms to non-financial clients.
- Proactive, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a bonus (not mandatory).
Responsibilities
Prospect and acquire new SME clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.Educate clients on company's asset-based lending model and eligibility requirements.Qualify leads and assess financing suitability based on asset-backed risk criteria.Collaborate with credit and operations teams to facilitate smooth onboarding.Maintain strong post-sale relationships to ensure retention and client satisfaction.Track all leads, activity, and pipeline progress via CRM tools.Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.Benefits
