Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Description :

• Responsible for the planning, creation, implementation and management of marketing and sales deliverables for existing and new development.
• Conduct market intelligence research, analysing demands, trend and pricing.
• Conduct regular market research into the latest property trends including making study tours to latest development and to furnish a monthly report together with pictures of the development visited to the management.
• Responsible for the conceptualization and the review of all marketing and branding collaterals to ensure consistent delivery of brand message and the effective communication of the design intent of each project to the target markets.
• Manage all sales and marketing related project costs.
• Provide market driven direction and feedback to enhance positioning and branding of new projects.
• Lead sales teams to implement and monitor success of marketing and sales campaigns.
• Submit APDL / SIFUS Application, submission of 7F reports, NAPIC and etc.
• Ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
• Weekly submission of sales report to HOD.
• Preparation of memos, liaison with panel solicitor for SPA signing.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Project, Finance, Contracts, Credit and Property Management departments to ensure efficiency of the work.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
