What is your mission?

Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support

Reporting on financial performance and preparation for regular leadership reviews

Analyze past results, perform variance analysis; identify root causes and recommend improvements

Close collaboration with the project and accounting team members to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support

Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts

Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials

Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

Preferable with 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Proven work experience in a quantitatively-heavy role

Strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models

Experience working with and presenting to senior executives

Advance level hands-on with Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with data query / data management tools extremely helpful (Access, SQL, Business Objects)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
