Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (spoken & written)
- Comfortable working in a team-based and shift-based environment (including weekends and public holidays when required)
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
