Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (spoken & written)
  • Comfortable working in a team-based and shift-based environment (including weekends and public holidays when required)
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone calls in English and Chinese
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively
  • Record and update customer interactions in the system
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve customer concerns
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
